First: email
Send us an email with a couple of images of your piece of furniture. Please include the measurements of your piece and the look you are going for. If you have inspiration photos of something else, or a finish that you like, please include them. If you have seen one of our pieces that you liked, let us know! You can also include photos of the room your piece is going in if you would like help with color selections. Feel free to create a mini video of your space as you describe the look you want to achieve.

Second: estimate
we will respond in about 1-3 days with a price quote for the work as well as a recommended finish.
Pricing Guidelines ...just to give you an idea:
Small pieces under 30” - $175-$250
Medium pieces 30-50” - $375-$575
Large pieces over 50” - $550 and up*
,*price varies depending on turn around time, paint finish, paint color and size.
Once the estimate is accepted...
Next: color consultation and drop-off
Once the estimate has been approved, we can schedule a time for you to bring it in, or we can help you arrange pick-up and delivery.**
Let's plan to meet in-person to confirm color and look.
**We use a couple of different local moving companies and try to get the best price we can on their services
Typically, pricing within 10 miles of Eastcote is $75-$120 per trip on average, based on the size of the piece.
Finally: schedule
Most projects take 1-4 weeks depending on the piece size and our schedule. Our storage and workspace is small, so we won’t keep it longer than we have to! :-)
